Storage
For long term storage, keep the Recombinant Influenza C virus Hemagglutinin-esterase-fusion glycoprotein frozen at -20 or -80 degrees Celsius. Working aliquots can be stored at +4C for a few weeks. We recommend cycles of freezing and thawing to be avoided, as they will most certainly denaturate the polypeptide chains of the protein.

Shipping
The INCCA Influenza C virus Hemagglutinin-esterase-fusion glycoprotein is shipped on ice packs.

Description
Fusion proteins or chimeric proteins are proteins created through the joining of two or more genes that originally coded for separate proteins. A GFP gene is often used as tag to a reporter gene. Fusion lentiverctors can be used as viral particles to produce proteins that carry for example a GFP tag. Antigen purification of recombinant fusion tag proteins is a frequent strategy using a Fralg tag. Influenza A and B H1N1 H3N2 Hemagglutinin-nucleoprotein recombinant proteins, peptides and antibodies detect a virus commonly known as "the flu". Influenza is an infectious disease caused by an influenza virus. Symptoms can be mild to severe. The most common symptoms include a high fever, runny nose, sore throat, muscle pains, headache, coughing, and feeling tired. These symptoms typically begin two days after exposure to the virus and most last less than a week. The cough, however, may last for more than two weeks. In children, there may be nausea and vomiting, but these are not common in adults.
