Specificity and cross reactivity
CD226 This item recognises human CD226, a 65kD glycoprotein, also known as DNAM1 (DNAX accessory molecule-1). CD226 is broadly expressed on T-cells, NK cells, platelets, monocytes and a subset of B cells. CD226 is also expressed by a subset of CD3 positive thymocytes. Clone DX11 is reported to inhibit T- and NK cell mediated cytotoxicity against tumour cell targets and to block TNF alpha and IFN gamma secretion by alloantigen-specific T-cells; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. the antibody should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
