  Lhx6 is a member of a large protein family that contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. This protein may function as a transcriptional regulator and may be involved in the control of differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells.
• Immunogen
  A portion of amino acids 36-65 from the mouse protein was used as the immunogen for this Lhx6 antibody.
• Storage
  Aliquot the Lhx6 antibody and store frozen at -20 deg. Celcius or lower. Cycles of freezing and thawing can denaturate the peptide chains of the antibodies and reduce their sensitivity and/or change their affinity. Prepare aliqotes in such a manner so that freeze-thaw cycles are minimized.
