CCR10 This item recognises mouse CCR10 (C-C chemokine receptor type 10), otherwise known as GPR2, (G-protein coupled receptor 2), a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, highly expressed in the small intestine, colon, lymph nodes and Peyer patches, which acts as a receptor for the chemokines CCL27 (SCYA27/CTACK) and CCL28 (SCYA28). This item is reported as suitable for use in immunocytochemistry. This item shows minimal cross-reactivity with human CCR10.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody.
