DescriptionCellufine Sulfate Media is suitalble for purification, concentration and depyrogenation of virus, viral and microbial antigens, and heparin-binding proteins. This media is based on a callulose matrix, and the beads are spherical and sulfate esters are in lower concentration. This low concentration makes the media similar to immobilized heparin or sulfated dextran. These properties give the media short dsorption and desorption times. The media has ISO 14 000, ISO 9001, and ge l purification is also one of it's advantages.

Additional descriptionThere are two major types of growth media those used for cell culture , which use specific cell types derived from plants or animals, and microbiological culture, which are used for growing microorganisms, such as bacteria or yeast. The most common growth media for microorganisms are nutrient broths and agar plates with antibiotics; specialized media are sometimes required for microorganism and cell culture growth.
