Recognizes Asparaginase. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum as well as puri ed and partially puri ed Asparaginase [E. coli].

Form

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 10mg/ml BSA and 0.01% gentamicin sulfate, before the addition of glycerol to 40%. Conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Storage_stability

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
