YES1 The oncoprotein has been described from Y79, IMR 32 and PC12 cells. The antibody detects YES1 in lysates of Y79 using Western blotting as a single band at 61 kDa. This band is peptide-blockable and is therefore thought to be c-yes. The antibody also reacts strongly to the immunising peptide in an ELISA assay.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody against the Hu protein or peptide or recombinant supplied in 1 volumes. Ask for quote if you need bulk.
