Description

Buffering solutions are useful to keep the pH range sable when using this reagent of Penlabs. Radio Immuno Assays are radioactive linked immunosorbent assays that even more than ELISA kits can detect very small levels of antigens. Small proteins, and hormones in blood or serum can be detected by RIAs. The result will be expressed in a XY graphic in which the ration is inverse to the signal.
