YTS 213.1 detects mouse CD18 (LFA-1 family ?-chain) which is expressed on most leucocytes. YTS 213.1 does not block LFA-1 mediated T-cell activation in vitro. The antibody precipitates an antigen of 95-180 kD. Application: IHC (f), FACS
