  10 µl of purified reagent MAB/100 µl of 10^6 PBMC(peripheral blood mononuclear cells) in PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at 2¼-8¼C. Wash twice with PBS and add either 10 µl of R M IgG2a or IgG2b PE or 10 µl of R M IgG2a or IgG2b FITC depending on the desired fluorescence and analyzed immediately. See instrument manufacturerÕs instructions for Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope.

• Test
  Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab.
