• Long description
  Involved in the activation of potassium channels. Mediates cell IL-3-dependent survival signals. Two specific sites, one in the kinase domain (Thr-320) and the other in the C-terminal regulatory region (Ser-486), need to be phosphorylated for its full activation. Expressed in most tissues with highest levels in pancreas, kidney liver, heart and brain and lower levels in lung, placenta and skeletal muscle.

  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Azide Free Serum for cell culture FBS fetal bovine serum. Filtered serum for sterility. The polyclonal serum contains no red or white blood cells or clotting factors; it is the blood plasma not including the fibrinogens.
