  CD2 FITC is used for the identification of human T cells and subset of NK cells associated with the receptor for sheep erythocytes rosettes expressing the 45-50,000 M.W. surface antigen. _x000B__x000B_HLA-DR PE is used for the identification of human B cell and T cell subsets associated with approximately 10% of peripheral blood lymphocytes 28-34,000 M.W. surface antigen, and is present in low density on monocytes and macrophages.

  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

This nordc Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) antibody is currently after some BD antibodies the most commonly used fluorescent dye for FACS.
