Storage_stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute and store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. To avoid condensation moisture, allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening. If the contents of a vial are not used immediately, blanket with nitrogen and store dry and dark at -20 degree C. Peptides in solution have a much more limited stability. They are also highly susceptible to proteolytic degradation. Microbial proteases may be excluded by the use of freshly distilled water and sterile filtration. Gloves are recommended to avoid chance contact with human proteases.

Description
The Yeast Mating Factor Alpha, Acetate Salt (YMFa) is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. Aplha, transcription related growth factors and stimulating factors or repressing nuclear factors are complex subunits of proteins involved in cell differentiation. Complex subunit associated factors are involved in hybridoma growth, Eosinohils, eritroid proliferation and derived from promotor binding stimulating subunits on the DNA binding complex. NFKB 105 subunit for example is a polypetide gene enhancer of genes in B cells.
