Specificity

Recognizes vitellogenin in whole body homogenate samples of zebrafish (Danio rerio). Crossreactivity: Vitellogenin from other cyprinid species, including carp (Cyprinus carpio), fathead minnow (Pimephales promelas) and roach (Rutilus rutilus).
