Recognizes mouse Tubby/Tub homolog. The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with Agouti, AGRP, TULP1 or TULP2. Species sequence homology: 95% with human Tubby and human Tub homolog (1-2).

Supplied as a liquid in Tris, pH 7.4, containing 0.2% BSA and 0.05% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile, ddH2O or sterile 40-50% glycerol.
Storage_stability

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
