Storage_stabilityThe purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8 degree C. The fluorescein (FITC) and fluorescein-5-maleimide (FLMA) conjugates are supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) and allophycocyanin (APC) conjugates are supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze! The Spectral Red (SPRD) and R-phycoerythrin-Cyanine 7 (R-PE-CY 7) conjugates are supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze! The low endotoxin, azide-free (LE/AF) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of PBS. Aliquot and store at or below -20 degree C. With the exception of the low endotoxin, azide-free product, the vials should be stored at 2-8 degree C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Aliquot and freeze the low endotoxin, azide-free product at -20 degree C immediately upon receipt. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.

PropertiesImmunoglobulin M, or IgM for short, is a basic antibody that is produced by B cells. IgM is by far the physically largest antibody in the human circulatory system. It is the first antibody to appear in response to initial exposure to an antigen

AboutRats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.
