  Recognizes PKC theta (707-713). Does not react to PKC zeta, PKC alpha, PKC beta1, PKC beta2, PKC gamma, PKC delta, PKC epsilon, PKC zeta, PKC eta and PKC theta. Specific for the COOH terminal of PKC theta and is suitable for immunoprecipitation of PKC theta.

Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
