Supplied as lyophilized from a 0.2um sterile-filtered solution in PBS with 5% trehalose. Reconstitute the antibody in 100ul PBS, 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody concentration will be 1mg/ml.
Storage_stability

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
