    Recognzes a surface antigen on neurons in the retina, brain, spinal cord and dorsal root ganglia and with all tested human neuroblastoma cell lines. Does not seem to bind with any leukemic cell lines or with bone marrow cells from patients with leukemia, nor with cells from normal bone marrow. Cytotoxic to neurons in the presence of guinea-pig complement. Protein A binding is positive. Species Crossreactivity

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
