• Specificity
  This item is specific for vitronectin and will react with the native and denatured forms. It does not cross react with fibronectin.Vitronectin is one of the 2 most important cell adhesive proteins found in the blood and extracellular matrix. It exists as a mixture of 2 monomeric glycoproteins that mediate cell adhesion through an interaction between the R-G-D sequence, present in the cell binding domains, and several different integrin receptors. It is also known as a complement lysis inhibitor and as a scavenger protein for macromolecular products of the complement and homeostasis cascades.

• Description
  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody against the Hu protein or peptide or recombinant supplied in 1 volumes. Ask for quote if you need bulk.
• Properties
