SpecificityCD93 This item recognises human CD93, a 126kD cell surface antigen which is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes and endothelial cells. CD93 has been shown to be identical to ClqRpAntigen expression is increased by TNF, GM-CSF treatment. Clone X-2 does not affect superoxide production by binding to neutrophils. PMA stimulation causes down regulation of the CD93 antigen.
