  Human CD13 CD13, also known as aminopeptidase N, is a 150 kDa type II integral membrane glycoprotein. It is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes and their precursors, and on mast cells. CD13 is a zinc-binding metalloprotease that is involved in cell surface antigen presentation via its digestion of many MHC-bound regulatory peptides.1-6

  The purified antibody (UNLB) is supplied as 0.1 mg purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.0. Store at 2-8 degree C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 100 tests in 1.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is supplied as 100 tests in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze! Protect conjugated forms from light. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.

• Description
  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
