Specificity
All MAbs recognize D-dimer and high molecular weight fibrin degradation products. MAb DD93 recognizes a cross-linked region of D-dimer. MAbs DD1, DD2, DD3, DD22, DD41, DD44, DD46, DD93, DD189 and DD255 do not cross-react with fibrinogen. MAbs DD4, DD5 and DD6 show cross-reaction with fibrinogen.
