  Recognizes human mast cells in routinely fixed tissues, and has been used to study the distribution of mast cells in skin, synovium, lung and heart. Binding of this antibody to chymase is not reduced in the presence of heparin, suggesting that the antibody does not bind to the heparin-binding domain of chymase

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at-20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
