Specificity

Recognizes Legionalla pneumophila SS4 (Los Angeles 1). Minor reactivity with SG14 (1586-SCT-H) and SG10 (Leiden). There is no cross reactivity with SG1, 3, 5, 6,7, 9, 11, 12 or 13, Listeria erythra, Listeria dumoffii, Escherichia coli or Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
