-
PurityAffinity Purified Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
-
FormSupplied as a liquid in 1ml saline, 0.5% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Labeled with Allophycocyanin (APC).
-
Storage_stabilityMay be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.

DescriptionThe HLA-DRA (HLA Class II Histocompatibility Antigen, DR alpha Chain, MHC Class II Antigen DRA, HLA-DRA1) (APC) is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.

ConceptScope note: Testing erythrocytes to determine presence or absence of blood-group antigens, testing of serum to determine the presence or absence of antibodies to these antigens, and selecting biocompatible blood by crossmatching samples from the donor against samples from the recipient. Crossmatching is performed prior to transfusion.
