  The affinity purified antibody is labeled by Alkaline Phosphatase (AP). This antibody was raised in goat by immunizing purified human IgM (F5u fragment specific). These antisera were then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to bovine, mouse, and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
