  • Clonality
    Polyclonal
  • Reactivity
    Bovine
  • Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum as well as puri ed and partially puri ed Folate Binding Protein [bovine milk]. Crossreactivity against Folate Binding Protein from other sources is unknown.
  • Purity
Highly Purified Puri ed from monospeci c antiserum by delipidation, fractionation and ion exchange chromatography.
  • Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml polyethylene glycol (PEG-8000), and 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP).
  • Storage_stability
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
  • Tested_application
ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Gel Shift Assay (GS/EMSA)
  • Properties
HRP conjugates are often primary rabbit polyclonal antibodies couples to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP), found in the roots of horseradish. Also monoclonal HRP conjugates are often used for Western Blot.
