Molecular Biology Grade95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug).
  • Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS. Reconstitute in PBS, pH 7.4 to 0.1-1mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
  • Storage_stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 3 months at -20 degree C with a carier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Aliquot to prevent repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.Country of Origin:USA
  • Description
Aplha, transcription related growth factors and stimulating factors or repressing nuclear factors are complex subunits of proteins involved in cell differentiation. Complex subunit associated factors are involved in hybridoma growth, Eosinohils, eritroid proliferation and derived from promotor binding stimulating subunits on the DNA binding complex. NFKB 105 subunit for example is a polypetide gene enhancer of genes in B cells.
  • Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
