FormSupplied as a lyophilized powder. No additives. Reconsitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml, which can then be diluted into other aqueous solutions. Do not vortex.
-
Storage_stabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O, 0.1% BSA or HSA. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
-
PropertiesHuman proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
