  • Clonality
    Monoclonal
  • Clone
    [7H134]
  • Reactivity
    Human
  • Specificity
Recognizes human CXCR7. Reacts specifically as detected by Flow Cytometry with five distinct human CXCR7 transfectants, but not their respective parental lines. Also reacts with monocytes expression of CXCR7. Does not react with MCF-7 cells by Flow Cytometry, which have been reported to have surface-expressing CXCR7 using C8376-26. Due to the conflicting reports published, use of monoclonal C8376-25 may result in an underestimation of CXCR7 expression on certain cell types.
  • Purity
Affinity Purified Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
  • Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.5% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).
  • Storage_stability
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degree C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
  • Tested_application
    Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
  • Description
Chemokines, chemokine receptors, ligands , motif chemokines and cytokines are supplied by MyBioSource in 1. The receptors are ligand binding factors of type 1, 2 or 3 and protein-molecules that receive chemical-signals from outside a cell. When such chemical-signals couple or bind to a receptor, they cause some form of cellular/tissue-response, e.g. a change in the electrical-activity of a cell. In this sense, am olfactory receptor is a protein-molecule that recognizes and responds to endogenous-chemical signals, chemokinesor cytokines e.g. an acetylcholine-receptor recognizes and responds to its endogenous-ligand, acetylcholine. However, sometimes in pharmacology, the term is also used to include other proteins that are drug-targets, such as enzymes, transporters and ion-channels.
