PurityThe purity of chicken recombinant growth hormone is greater than 99.0% as determined by:(a) Gel filtration analysis.(b) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE gel.(c) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
-
FormWhite lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
-
Storage_stabilityLyophilized chicken recombinant growth hormone although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 degree C. Upon reconstitution of chicken recombinant growth hormone at > 0.1 mg/ml and up to 3 mg/ml and filter sterilization chicken recombinant growth hormone can be stored at 4 degree C for several weeks. At lower concentration of chicken recombinant growth hormone addition of a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is recomended. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

PropertiesChickens like all bird species have IgY antibodies that are very stable and found in the yolk. Gallus Gallus domestica is the Latin name of the Chicken.

DescriptionHormone releasing factors and releasing hormones are signaling molecules produced by glands in multicellular organisms. The glands that secrete Luteinizing hormones LHRG and LH, FSH comprise the endocrine signaling system. The term growth hormone releasing hormone GHRH is sometimes extended to include chemicals produced by cells that affect the same cell (autocrine or intracrine signaling) or nearby cells (paracrine signaling). Human recombinant LHRG and GHRH are produced in E. coli or in yeast cells.
