Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 20mM HEPES, pH 8.0, 300mM sodium chloride, 284mM imidazole, 2% sucrose, ProClin 300. Reconstitute with 250ul sterile ddH2O through the septum of the tube. Centrifuge briefly (1000-2000 rpm for 5 minutes).

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -70 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
