DescriptionThe CD8A, NT (CD8A, MAL, T- surface glycoprotein CD8 alpha chain, T-lymphocyte differentiation antigen T8/Leu-2, CD8a) is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method. Cytotoxic T cells cluster differentiators for flow cytometry. This transmembrane glycoprotein is detected by monoclonals and has a lot of clones available with different affinity. For cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency.
