Form
Supplied as a liquid in 20mM Tris (pH 7.5), 2mM calcium chloride, 0.14M sodium chloride and 0.05% sodium azide. Product is sterile filtered.
-
Storage_stability
May be stored at 4 degree C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
-
Gene
C reactive proteins are detected by anti-CRP antibodies supplied by GENTAUR.
-
Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
