PurityThe purity of recombinant bovine growth hormone is geater than 98.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Gel filtration at non denaturing conditions using 25 nM Tris-HCl + 150 nM NaCl, pH 8.(c) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SD
-
FormWhite lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
-
Storage_stabilityLyophilized recombinant bovine growth hormone although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 degree C. Upon reconstitution of recombinant bovine growth hormone and filter sterilization recombinant bovine growth hormone can be stored at 4 degree C, pH 9 for up to 4 weeks. For long term storage and more diluted solutions it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

DescriptionHormone releasing factors and releasing hormones are signaling molecules produced by glands in multicellular organisms. The glands that secrete Luteinizing hormones LHRG and LH, FSH comprise the endocrine signaling system. The term growth hormone releasing hormone GHRH is sometimes extended to include chemicals produced by cells that affect the same cell (autocrine or intracrine signaling) or nearby cells (paracrine signaling). Human recombinant LHRG and GHRH are produced in E. coli or in yeast cells.
