  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, purified and partially purified trypsinogen (Bovine pancreas). Crossreactivity against trypsinogen from other sources has not been tested.

  Highly Purified Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 40% glycerol. Labeled with biotin.

  May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• Description
  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
• Properties
  Biotin conjugates can be detected by horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase substrates or anti biotin conjugated antibodies. Avidin and Streptavidin bind to the small biotin and are couple to HRP or AP for ELISA. To break the streptavidin Biotin bond we suggest to use a 6 molar guanidine HCl solution with acidity of pH 1.6.
