Specific for endogenous levels of the ~150 kDa FANCI protein phosphorylated at Ser559. Immunolabeling is increased when HeLa cells are treated with 256nm UV light for 20 minutes (A) and completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-Ptase (B).

Prepared from pooled rabbit serum by affinity purification via sequential chromatography on phospho and non-phosphopeptide affinity columns.

10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 ug per ml BSA and 50% glycerol.
Storage_stability
