  Human sequence is found in both alternatively spliced forms of the human KCC3 (1099 aa) and KCC3a (1150 aa) (refs 1). We have raised another antibody using the N-terminal peptide sequence that is found in the short form of hKCC3 (1099aa). Has no significant sequence homology with other KCCs or CCC. Antibody crossreactivity in various species is not established. We recommend the use of control peptide

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
