General description
Serine--tRNA ligase (serS) is a recombinant protein expressed in Baculovirus . The protein can be with or without a His-Tag or other tag in accordance to customer's request. All of our recombinant proteins are manufactured in strictly controlled facilities and by using a well established technology which guarantees full batch-to-bact consistency and experiment reproducibility.

About
Pseudomonas is a Gram-negative bacteria. Pseudomonas genomic sequences are used in medical research. A problem in hostpital is often the Pseudomonas Aeruginosa containing multi drug resistancy properties that are transmitted through plasmids. The MDR property is transmitter by the R plasmid.

Description
Serine protease, D- or L-serine arginine rich enzyme of serine threonine kinase with serine that is encoded by the codons UCU, UCC, UCA, UCG, AGU and AGC is an ɑ-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It contains an α-amino group (which is in the protonated −NH+
3 form under biological conditions), a carboxyl group. It is non-essential in humans, meaning the body can synthesize it.

Concept
Scope note:
A DNA amplification technique based upon the ligation of OLIGONUCLEOTIDE PROBES. The probes are designed to exactly match two adjacent sequences of a specific target DNA. The chain reaction is repeated in three steps in the presence of excess probe: (1) heat denaturation of double-stranded DNA, (2) annealing of probes to target DNA, and (3) joining of the probes by thermostable DNA ligase. After the reaction is repeated for 20-30 cycles the production of ligated probe is measured.
