General description
Negative elongation factor E(Nelf-E) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli. The protein can be with or without a His-Tag or other tag in accordance to customer's request. All of our recombinant proteins are manufactured in strictly controlled facilities and by using a well established technology which guarantees full batch-to-bact consistency and experiment reproducibility.

Storage
This protein can be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. For extended periods of time it is recommended to keep the protein frozen at -40 or -80 degrees Celsius. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing as they might denaturate the polypeptide chains.
-
Applications
This protein can be used as a positive control for applications such as ELISA, IFA, RIA, Western Blot, etc.

Description
Aplha, transcription related growth factors and stimulating factors or repressing nuclear factors are complex subunits of proteins involved in cell differentiation. Complex subunit associated factors are involved in hybridoma growth, Eosinohils, eritroid proliferation and derived from promotor binding stimulating subunits on the DNA binding complex. NFKB 105 subunit for example is a polypetide gene enhancer of genes in B cells. Negative control peptides or isotypes available of the different species.

Host
e. coli, Escherichia coli, Recombination of bioactive proteins and longer peptides in Escherichia Coli is done often with His tagging. MBS Recombinant supplies Rec. E. Coli affinity purified or tag purified antigens in 1 quantities or bulk volumes on request.

Species
E. coli, Drosophila subspecies d. Megalonaster or the fruit fly is used in genetic research because of the short life cycle and the possibility of knock-out and knock-ins with Cas9 for ends-in gene targets like CRISPR.Cas9 and TALEN vectors . Drosophilas, E. coli

Concept
Scope note:
The technique of washing tissue specimens with a concentrated solution of a heavy metal salt and letting it dry. The specimen will be covered with a very thin layer of the metal salt, being excluded in areas where an adsorbed macromolecule is present. The macromolecules allow electrons from the beam of an electron microscope to pass much more readily than the heavy metal; thus, a reversed or negative image of the molecule is created.
