ELONGIN C This item specifically recognises human Elongin C (EloC), otherwise known as transcription elongation factor B polypeptide 1, a general transcription elongation factor, which stimulates RNA polymerase II transcription elongation beyond template-encoded arresting sites. _x000D__x000D_Elongin exists as a heterotrimer consisting of an A (A1, A2 or A3), B and C subunit. Subunit A is transcriptionally active, with activity strongly enhanced by binding to the dimeric complex of the elongin regulatory subunits B and C (elongin BC complex), which is mediated by subunit C._x000D_

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody against the Hu protein or peptide or recombinant supplied in 1 volumes. Ask for quote if you need bulk.
