CD140b Rabbit anti Human CD140b polyclonal antibody is specific for platelet derived growth factor receptor beta (PDGFRβ), a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for platelet-derived growth factor BB. Upon ligand binding PDGFRβ forms homodimers, or heterodimers with PDGFRα, resulting in autophosphorylation. Activated PDGFRs control cell proliferation, migration and survival in mesenchymal cells. CD140b is expressed by non-reticular stromal cells in the bone marrow CD140b has been shown to be important in the recruitment of fibroblasts and pericytes in wound healing.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
