CORTICOTROPHIN RELEASING FACTOR This item recognises corticotrophin releasing factor (CRF), a 41 amino acid hypothalamic hormone also known as corticotrophin releasing hormone (CRH). Other members of this family include growth hormone releasing factor (GHRH or GRF), gonadotrophin releasing hormone (GnRH) and somatostatin. CRF is involved in multiple brain functions, post trauma anxiety reactions and in the ACTH-stress response. _x000D__x000D_This product is routinely tested in frozen section immunohistochemistry on rat hypothalamus.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use. Aplha, transcription related growth factors and stimulating factors or repressing nuclear factors are complex subunits of proteins involved in cell differentiation. Complex subunit associated factors are involved in hybridoma growth, Eosinohils, eritroid proliferation and derived from promotor binding stimulating subunits on the DNA binding complex.
