  CONJUGATED CITRULLINE This item recognizes Citrulline, an amino acid. Although citrulline is an amino acid, it is not incorporated into proteins during synthesis but is generated within proteins by the deimination of arginine. Citrulline occurs normally in many proteins, such as Myelin basic protein (MBP) while others, such as fibrin become citrullinated during inflammation or apoptosis. This antibody recognizes conjugated citrulline, but not free citrulline.

  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
