-
Species reactivityHuman (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivityRecognizes human SDHC.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
-
Purification methodAffinity Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
-
Form AppearanceSupplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. No preservative added (Azide free).

-
Storage and shippingStore the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
-
Tested applicationsELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
-
DescriptionSodium azide NaN3 is often used to prevent antibody degradation in 0,02% W/V concentrations. MBS Monoclonals supplies azide free antibodies on request. Recently MBS Monoclonals made this SDHC (Succinate Dehydrogenase Cytochrome b560 Subunit Mitochondrial, Succinate Dehydrogenase Complex Subunit C, Integral Protein CII-3, QPs-1, CYBL, CYB560, SDH3) ( ) available without azide. It will stick less and is more suitable for ELISA or in vivo studies. However you need to store the @VV@ frozen and ship on dry ice. Associated membrane protein types are lipopolysaccharide selective barriers. Biological membranes include cell membranes, outer coverings of cells or organelles that allow passage of certain proteins and nuclear membranes, which cover a cell nucleus; and tissue membranes, such as mucosae and serosae.
