  CDw210a This item recognises human CDw210a, a 90-110kD glycoprotein, also known as Interleukin-10 receptor 1 (IL-10R1). CDw210a is expressed on T cells, NK cells, monocytes and dendritic cells, although surface expression may be low. Recent work has reported an increase in intracellular expression of CDw210a during dendritic cell maturation, but a reduction in surface CDw210a expression This clone is reported to function as a blocking antibody.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
