Specificity and cross reactivityCD90 Recognises the canine Thy-1 cell surface antigen, a 20-30kD glycoprotein expressed by monocytes and T lymphocytes. The antibody has been reported to deplete T cells in vivo, and to block Con A driven T cell proliferation in vitro.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
