Specificity and cross reactivityDetects a ~100kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of PSD-95 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from mouse, rat and bovine. A molecular mass band of ~75kD is also present in rat brain and mouse brain tissue extracts.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
