Specificity and cross reactivity
Recognizes the 28kD protein containing 243aa of the human myostatin propeptide and 5 additional amino acid residues. The amino acid sequence of the recombinant human myostatin propeptide is 100% homologous with the amino acid sequence of the human myostatin propeptide without signaling sequence.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
